In my previous post, Daily Stress, I quickly outlined the definition of stress, since I had already explained heavily in Holiday stress, so I don’t want to really repeat and into detail. In this post I would like to share how stress can negatively effect your body.
- Heavily gain/lose weight
- Sleep very little/too much
- Stomach problems
- Chronic disease
- Hair lose/grey hair
- Breathing problems
- Skin damage/wrinkles
These are only few areas that I have listed and each reaction would extremely depend on body type and how one relieve the stress.
I have already listed to how relieve the stress. Don’t be too stressed, remember your health and beauty is too important!
Okay I get it, whenever there are holidays coming there always seems to be million things to be done,before the event itself actually comes correct? Similar thought process can be stated for Thanksgiving, especially if the family members are coming together, so many people to feed, and etc.
Take a moment and think about it, if you worry and stress all these demands and deadlines, you are hurting yourself and no one else, yes that is correct you are hurting yourself. When you’re constantly running in the “stress” mode, your mind and body pay the price.
Let me start from the beginning and then go from there.
